Petuniowa 9/5, 53-238 Wrocław, entered into the register of associations and other social organizations and professional, foundations and independent public health care facilities of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław – Fabryczna, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS: 0000443682, REGON: 022032388, and NIP: 894-304-34-29.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data obtained on the Service, mainly through the appropriate forms available on the Service and to the extent resulting therefrom, as well as the data of participants in sports competitions provided by you in the appropriate forms, in order to:
perform the contract to which you are a Party in connection with registration on the Service and acceptance of the regulations specifying the conditions for its implementation and to take action, at your request, before concluding this contract – in relation to persons who have registered on the Service and accepted the relevant regulations specifying the conditions for its implementation (Article 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ( “GDPR”));
- organization of sports competitions, preparation of start lists and preparation of competition results – in relation to persons whose data was made available in the process of registering participants in sports competitions, on the basis of consents granted by these persons (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);
- fulfill your contact request and present our offer to you, based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);
- marketing, in particular to send the newsletter, which is the implementation of our legally justified. We send such information, of course, on the basis of your consent to electronic communication (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
- for archival (evidence) purposes which are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
- for analytical purposes (better selection of services to the needs of our clients, optimization of service processes, building knowledge about our clients, etc.) being the implementation of our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

In the case of registration on the Service, we will process your data: (i) in order to perform the contract to which you are a Party in connection with registration on the Service and acceptance of the regulations specifying the conditions for its implementation and to take action, at your request, before concluding this contract, in including the implementation of the account and team registration process in our system, organization of sports competitions, preparation of start lists and development of competition results – in relation to people who have registered on the Service and accepted the relevant regulations specifying the conditions for its implementation (the basis of Article 6 (1) letter b of the GDPR), (ii) for marketing purposes, in particular to send a newsletter,which is the implementation of our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), (iii) for archival (evidence) purposes, which are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), (iv) testing your satisfaction, based on a legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), (v) for the purpose and to the extent necessary to possibly establish, investigate or defend our claims related to the use of the Service and organization of sports competitions, which is the implementation of our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
Data of people – participants of sports competitions provided by you (i) in order to organize sports competitions, prepare starting lists and compile the results of the competitions, as well as develop information and promotional materials (including the image of these people), on the basis of consents granted by these persons (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), (ii) for archival (evidence) purposes, which are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), (iii) satisfaction surveys, based on a legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), (iv) for the purpose and to the extent necessary to possibly establish, investigate or defend our claims related to the organization of sports competitions, which is the implementation of our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). By accepting this Privacy Policy, you declare that you have obtained consent to disclose the personal data of the participants of sports competitions indicated by you.
Each person confirming participation in sports competitions on the Service or in response to the information received about the submission of their data, consents to the use of their image in information and promotional materials, including in particular in a promotional film and on the website and in links.
In case of sending your personal data in connection with submitting an inquiry via the contact form, we will process your data: (i) in order to fulfill your contact request and present our offer to you, based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), (ii) for archival (evidence) purposes, which are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), (iii) your satisfaction surveys, based on a legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
If you subscribe to receive information materials from us, including the newsletter, we will process your data: (i) in order to send you commercial information by electronic means in the form of an e-mail, including a newsletter, to the e-mail address provided, being the implementation of our legitimate interest in this interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) , (ii) for archival (evidence) purposes, which are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), (iii) your satisfaction surveys, based on a legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
We will process the data obtained in order to fulfill your contact request until you withdraw your consent to their processing. In the case of processing your data for marketing purposes, we will process it until you object to such processing. We store the data necessary for the possible determination, investigation or defense of our claims related to the use of the Service, including in connection with registration on the Service, until these claims are time-barred.
YOUR RIGHTS
Each person whose personal data we process has the right to access their data, rectify them, as well as request their removal, limit their processing, object to their processing, including opposition to processing for marketing purposes, as well as transfer them in the event of processing on the basis of consent given to us or for the purpose of implementing a contract concluded with that person.

DATA RECIPIENTS
We do not provide third parties with data collected via the Service, unless we receive the consent of the person to whom they relate, which may take place on the basis of the appropriate form, except for subcontractors we have checked, to whom we can entrust your data to provide service to the Service and organize competitions, sports, providers of accounting, legal, advisory or IT solutions.

In addition, if you register on the Service, you will be informed about the change in the Privacy Policy by posting information about the change in the resources of your account on the Service.
If any provision of the Privacy Policy is deemed invalid by a valid court decision, the remaining provisions of the Policy shall remain in force.
The Privacy Policy is subject to and will be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of Polish law.
