Here is an INFOPACK, a collection of the most important information related to your participation in Nocny Bieg Firmowy – a charity run in which you will run together with the company team for the beneficiaries of the Everest Foundation.

Who are you running for?
Similarly to Bieg Firmow the goal is to support Everest Foundation’s Beneficiaries –children who need expensive and intensive rehabilitation. Since the beginning of the initiative, we have collected as much as 3 021 639, 76 PLN. 💙
Hourly schedule of the event
Nocny Bieg Firmowy 2025 will take place on June 13, 2025 (Friday) at the Służewiec Horse Racing Track in Warsaw.
The running town is open to everyone – we encourage you to bring your friends and fans.

Competition Office, deposit, changing rooms
The Race Office will be open from 19:00 to 00:00
You go there if:

Changing rooms and showers
They are located in zone X (marked on the map). They will be at your disposal for the entire duration of the event.
Pick up starter packs
If your coordinator has not given you your starter pack by the day of the event, it most likely means that you will pick it up on the day of the event at the Run Office from 19:00-21:30.
Please contact your company coordinator to confirm if the package will be available on site. Packs are collected by participants upon presentation of an identity card or other document confirming their identity.
Starter packs must be collected before the start of the run. The participant will receive in the package, among other things, a starting number, which entitles them to take part in the run.
Run route - map
Nocny Bieg Firmowy route is 5 km long. Each participant will have to complete 2 loops of 2.5 km each, leading through the Służewiec Horse Racing Track.
Silent disco 🎧✨
After the race, from 22:40 the SILENT DISCO zone will be waiting for you!
Attending the silent disco costs 70 zł (you can conveniently buy a ticket with a card in zone X on the event map). All proceeds from ticket sales are donated to the Everest Foundation’s Beneficiaries!
Important information:
👉🏻 After purchasing a ticket, each participant will receive an entry wristband to the silent disco zone, which they will be able to leave and return to freely.
👉🏻 An ID document (may be in the form of the mObywatel application) is only needed to verify previously purchased admission tickets. To receive the headphones, you will NOT have to leave your ID or pay any fee/deposit.
👉🏻 Participants with the Run&Fun pack – participation in the silent disco is included in the package! 💪🏼 All you have to do is pick up your headphones in the SILENT DISCO zone and you can start dancing. 🕺 (point X on the town map)
Attention! There is a limit on the number of headphones available at the event.
Checklist of tasks on the day of the event
How to check if you are ready to start? Below is a checklist of tasks for your team.
✅ Plan your journey to the event venue. Be aware of other runners who, like you, will be trying to get there at the designated time. We recommend thinking about your commute and, if possible, using public transport or a bike. You can read more in the ACCESS and PARKING sections.
✅ If you have such a need, please take care of the matter at the Race Office.
✅ Stay in touch with your team and arrange a meeting with them before the start – it’s time for group photos and a warm-up!
✅ Come to the official opening of the Run (21:30) – this will give you a chance to learn the rules of the Run.
✅ Take part in a joint warm-up (21:40)

What after the Run?
✅ Collect your medal and get any engraving made on your medal!
✅ Take a photo with your team at the running wall! Remember to tag us in the picture with hashtags#całeżyciewbiegu #NocnyBiegFirmowy25
✅ To replenish calories – use the food zone. If your employer provided a meal – exchange a catering voucher from Body Chief
✅ Dance at silent disco! 🕺🪩

Food zone
🍔 On the run town you will find a gastronomic zone with food trucks open
from 19:00 to 00:00 (during the town’s opening hours). You can eat there, among others, burgers, dumplings, waffles, ice cream, Belgian fries and Korean and Polish cuisine.
The place will be available to all people present at the event with the possibility of individual purchase of selected drinks and meals.
You can collect previously purchased vouchers for catering from Body Chief and beer for the teams at the Run Office.
Sponsorship zones
Lots of attractions await you in the sponsors’ zone!
You will taste delicious snacks from Body Chief, take part in competitions with prizes in the FRRuuu zone, stretch and work out with Medicover Sport and Well Fitness trainers, catch fruit energy from FRISCO, and in the company zones you will meet other participants and exchange impressions from the race.

Wellness zone
Don’t forget to visit the wellness zone – it’s the perfect place to regenerate after the Run 💆🏼♀️
There, you can relax under the care of specialists from Medicover Sport, Decathlon, Feel It Therapy and FizForYou. You can take advantage of therapeutic massages, relaxation massages and manual therapy, tailored to your individual needs. It’s a great way to relax tense muscles and get back in shape faster.

Safety
We make every effort to ensure that the entire event runs safely for all participants. Please note that there will be over 1000 runners and fans on site.
If you find yourself in a situation where you need help or you notice such a need in another runner, do not hesitate to report it directly to the services present on the route (security, rescuers, organizers, volunteers).
⚠️ IMPORTANT!
We decided to use the other side of the starting number for voluntary entry of the runners data including: diseases, medications taken, allergies and sensitivities to medications, and ICE contact. This can help the services in life- or health-threatening situations. We encourage you to complete this data before starting.
Alcohol at the event
Alcoholic beverages will be available for sale at the event.

Medal engraver
Create a personalized souvenir and support the beneficiaries of the Everest Foundation twice! 10 PLN from the purchase of each medal engraving is donated to their treatment and rehabilitation.
You will make the engraving in the zone (X) marked on the town map.
Scores
After the Run, runners receive SMS notifications with their time measured by STS-Timing. We know from experience that with such a large number of participants, unwanted errors in the rankings can sometimes appear.
Complaints regarding the results will be considered individually by email at biuro@biegfirmowy.pl after the day of the event.
The official results of Bieg Firmowy will appear on the website www.biegfirmowy.pl/wyniki within 5 business days of the end of the event.
