1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. DEFINITIONS
1.1.1. Bieg Firmowy – means an event consisting of covering a total distance of 25 kilometers by Participants within a given Team, carried out on May 24, 2025, under the terms and conditions specified in detail in the Regulations;
1.1.2. Civil Code – Act of April 23, 1964 – Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1740, as amended);
1.1.3. Privacy Policy – means the document called “Privacy Policy” available for download on the Service’s website at https://biegfirmowy.pl ;
1.1.4. Regulations – means these “Regulations Bieg Firmowy 2025” available for download on the Service’s website at https://biegfirmowy.pl/;
1.1.5. Service Regulations – means the “Regulations for the use of the biegfirmowy.pl website” available for download on the Service website at https://biegfirmowy.pl/;
1.1.6. Service – means the Service located on the Internet available at https://biegfirmowy.pl/ and all functions and tools available through this Service;
1.1.7. Company – means a natural person conducting business activity, a legal person, an organizational unit without legal personality registering Teams participating in Bieg Firmowy;
1.1.8. Organizer – means the Everest Foundation with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Wielka 67, 53-340 Wrocław, entered into the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and independent public health care facilities of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000443682, with REGON number: 022032388, and NIP number: 894-304-34-29.
1.1.9. Participant – means an adult natural person registered as a Participant of Bieg Firmowy by the Company, who confirmed participation in Bieg Firmowy and accepted the Regulations;
1.1.10. Team – means a team registered by the User on behalf of the Company, consisting of 5 Participants;
1.1.11. Application – means the mobile application used to carry out Bieg Firmowy and measure the Participants’ time;
1.1.12. Competition – means a dedicated space in the Application where Company Teams compete.
1.1.13. Online Event – means an event carried out as part of a series of events accompanying Bieg Firmowy event.
1.1.14. Starting pack – means a purchased package enabling participation in Bieg Firmowy. There are three types of Starter Packs available for purchase (JUST RUN, RUN LIKE A HERO and GREEN RUN).
1.1.15. Formula with the application – means a race conducted individually by each Participant using the Application anywhere in Poland and the world on May 24, 2025.
1.1.16. Stationary formula – means a race conducted by teams in a relay race on the event grounds in Wrocław.
1.2. DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT
1.2.1. Bieg Firmowy includes the possibility of participating in two event formulas – the Application Formula and the Stationary Formula on May 24, 2025. under the conditions set out in these Regulations. Company selects the Formula for participation in Bieg Firmowy at the time of Team registration.
1.2.2. Participants, depending on the selected formula, take part in Bieg Firmowy individually, in a place of their choice, within the time limits set out in these Regulations (Formula with the application) and as a team in a relay race at the event venue in Wrocław (Formula stationary). Participants within one Team may choose only one, common Formula for participation in Bieg Firmowy.
1.2.3. The Formula with the application does not constitute an event organized in one place and time, in particular it does not constitute a mass event within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 20 March 2009 on the safety of mass events (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2171, as amended).
1.2.4. The stationary formula is an event organized in one place and time, it is a mass event within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of March 20, 2009 on the safety of mass events (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2171 as amended). The stationary formula will be carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the most recent Regulations of the Council of Ministers regarding restrictions on the organization of events.
1.3. PURPOSE OF BIEG FIRMOWY. Purpose of the organization of Bieg Firmowy is:
1.3.1. charitable purpose – the income from the race will be used for treatment, rehabilitation or rehabilitation equipment for the beneficiaries of the Everest Foundation.
1.3.2. promoting running as an excellent form of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle,
1.3.3. enabling the testing of one’s abilities in comparison with other Participants.
1.4. ORGANIZER
1.4.1. Organizer of Bieg Firmowy is the Everest Foundation with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Wielka 67, 53-340 Wrocław, entered into the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and independent public health care facilities of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000443682, REGON number: 022032388, and NIP number: 894-304-34-29.
2. PARTICIPATION
2.1. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
2.1.1. Bieg Firmowy is attended by Teams consisting of 5 Participants registered on behalf of the Company, on the terms specified in the Regulations of the Service. Any number of Teams may register from one Company.
2.1.2. The condition for the Participant’s participation in Bieg Firmowy in the Formula with the application: – registration of the Participant as part of the Team registered by the Company on the Website; – downloading the Application in accordance with the instructions contained on the Website and in the e-mail sent to the Participant’s address indicated in the registration form; – completing the Participant’s personal data as part of the Application; – accepting the content of the Regulations as part of the Application and submitting the declarations specified as part of the Application.
2.1.3. The condition for the Participant’s participation in Bieg Firmowy in the stationary Formula: – registration of the Participant as part of the Team registered by the Company on the Website; – showing up at the start in accordance with the race round for which he was registered when purchasing the starting package; – accepting the content of the Regulations by submitting the declarations specified as part of the mailing for Participants
2.1.4. After completing the registration, the Participant will be able to edit their registration data only after contacting the Organizer on the terms specified in the Service.
2.1.5. The right to participate in Bieg Firmowy is granted to a specific person and cannot be transferred, except for changes made by a person acting on behalf of the Company within the Service.
2.1.6. Each Participant will be covered by the accident insurance provided by the Organizer, but if during the registration of the Participant (during the registration of the Teams) the date of birth is not correctly indicated, it will not be possible to cover such Participant with insurance, for which the Organizer is not responsible. The Organizer is not obliged to take additional steps to obtain the correct date of birth from Participants who did not indicate it when registering.
2.1.7. By accepting the Regulations of Bieg Firmowy, appearing at the start of the race and launching the Application in order to participate in Bieg Firmowy, the Participant declares that his health condition allows him to participate in Bieg Firmowy and starts at his own risk, being aware of the dangers and risks of the nature of the event. The organizer is neither authorized nor obliged to verify the truthfulness of the above declaration, nor bears any responsibility in this respect. The Participant also declares that he is not in a situation where his participation in Bieg Firmowy poses a risk to the Participant or other people or constituted a breach of law, including those related to the state of epidemic or epidemic threat. The Organizer recommends a medical visit before Bieg Firmowy to confirm the possibility of participating in Bieg Firmowy.
2.1.8. By taking part in Bieg Firmowy, the Participant accepts the consent to record and publish his/her image, which includes its publication in materials and on information channels (including the social media of Bieg Firmowy and the Organizer) and promotional channels, including a promotional film and on the Website, in connection with participation in the event.
2.2. RULES OF PARTICIPATION
2.2.1. Rules of participation in the Formula with the application: – in order to participate in Bieg Firmowy, each Participant must have a fully charged smartphone equipped with the functionality of determining their location (e.g. using the GPS system) with the current version of the Application, the download and installation of which is a condition of participation in Bieg Firmowy; – the participant chooses the start and finish points themselves, as well as the course of the route, with the proviso that its length is 5 km. The Organizer does not provide a route for Bieg Firmowy. The Participant may move only on their own and on their own feet, without using any devices; – the route traveled is calculated based on the location data of the Participant’s device within the Application; – the Organizer allows the possibility of covering the distance on foot; – each Participant within a given Team starts at a time of their choosing, without having to maintain the order specified in the registration form on the Website, and each Participant within a given Team is obliged to start the run or walk no earlier than at 00:01 and finish the run or walk no later than at 23:59 on May 24, 2025; – the measurement of time and distance covered is started by each User individually using the Application.
2.2.2. Rules of participation in the stationary Formula: – in order to participate in Bieg Firmowy, each Participant is obliged to appear at the event site and the start-finish zone in the timed round for which they were registered when purchasing the starting package; – Participants take part in the run as a team relay. Each of the 5 Participants of the team runs 5 km along the designated running route; – During the run, Participants hold a relay baton with a time measurement chip inside. The timing baton is collected in advance by the team captain at a designated place on the event site; – changes in the relay (passing the relay baton to the next Participant) are made only in the designated change zone located in front of the start-finish gate. After passing the baton, the Participant should immediately run across the finish line and leave the running route; – during the run, each Participant must have the start number provided by the Organizer in the starting package, attached to the front of the starting shirt. Covering the start number in part or in whole, or its modification is prohibited under penalty of disqualification; – the time limit for covering 25 km for the entire team is 3 hours; – only one Participant from a given team may stay in the change zone. The change zone will be divided according to the start numbers of the Participants. 2.2.3. The times achieved by individual Participants in accordance with this point are their individual results. The Team Time is calculated as the sum of the times of all five Participants within a given Team.
2.2.4. In the event of a change of Big Firmowy date, a change in the Formula of the Run, or its cancellation for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, e.g. as a result of threats, evacuation, very heavy rainfall, storm, hail, or other weather conditions or an epidemic threat or state of epidemic or in connection with with accepted limitations in movement or recommendations in the field of health protection, the Participant or the Company may not require the Organizer to refund the starting fee or any other costs. The Organizer will make every effort to enable participation in Run on another date set by the Organizer. In the event that, as a result of the indicated circumstances, it is necessary to change the Race Formula or it is possible to conduct only the Formula with the application, the Organizer will enable Participants registered in the Stationary Formula to participate in the Formula with the application. 2.2.5. The condition for the Team to be included in the team classification is that all Participants complete the race, i.e. each of them covering the distance of at least 5 km under the conditions specified in the Regulations.
2.2.6. Only those Teams that consist of min. 4 different Participants can be qualified for the team classification. They will only be qualified if one of the Participants completes the 5 km distance twice.
2.2.7. Only those Teams consisting of five different Participants may stand on the podium of Bieg Firmowy.
2.2.8. Regardless of the team classification, an individual classification is conducted.
2.2.9. The Organizer reserves the right to introduce other classifications.
2.2.10. Problems and complaints related to the results of the stationary run, reported after 22.05.2025. after 15:59 will not be considered. The Organizer reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting complaints.
2.2.11. After the race during the stationary Formula event, the Organizer will announce the results on prepared screens and within 5 business days on the website: https://biegfirmowy.pl/wyniki/.
2.3. STARTING FEE
2.3.1. Team registration is subject to a one-time entry fee. The fees for participation in Bieg Firmowy are as follows:
2.3.1.1 JUST RUN pack in the EARLY pool: PLN 995 net/Team; until December 2, 2024 or while supplies last,
2.3.1.2. JUST RUN pack in the REGULAR pool: PLN 1,245 net/Team; from January 9 to February 14, 2025 or while supplies last,
2.3.1.3. JUST RUN pack in the LATE pool: PLN 1,395 net/Team; from February 15 to March 14, 2025 or while supplies last,
2.3.1.4. JUST RUN pack in the HAPPY END pool: PLN 1,495 net/Team; from March 15 to March 28, 2025 or while supplies last,
2.3.1.5. RUN LIKE A HERO pack in the EARLY pool: PLN 1,245 net/Team; until December 2, 2024 or while supplies last,
2.3.1.6. RUN LIKE A HERO pack in the REGULAR pool: PLN 1,495 net/Team; from January 9 to February 14, 2025 or while supplies last,
2.3.1.7. RUN LIKE A HERO pack in the LATE pool: PLN 1,645 net/Team; from February 15 to March 14, 2025 or while supplies last,
2.3.1.8. RUN LIKE A HERO pack in the HAPPY END pool: PLN 1,745 net/Team; from March 15 to March 28, 2025 or while supplies last,
2.3.1.9. GREEN RUN pack in the EARLY pool: PLN 1,495 net/Team; December 2, 2024 or while supplies last,
2.3.1.10. GREEN RUN pack in the REGULAR pool: PLN 1,995 net/Team; from January 9 to February 14, 2025 or while supplies last,
2.3.1.11. GREEN RUN pack in the LATE pool: PLN 1,995 net/Team; from February 15 to March 14, 2025 or while supplies last,
2.3.2. A courier delivery fee of PLN 49.99 net is added to each individual order.
2.3.3. The starting fee should be paid to the Administrator’s bank account specified on the invoice. The payment deadline is 7 days from the date of issuing the invoice. In the case of a non-standard invoice, the payment term depends on the arrangements between the Administrator and the Company.
2.3.4. The Administrator will only accept payments via bank transfer.
2.3.5. On behalf of the Company, the User agrees to receive the invoice only by electronic means. The Administrator ensures that the invoice will be issued in accordance with applicable requirements.
2.3.6. In the event that the invoice is not delivered to the specified email address within 48 hours of registration, and the non-standard invoice option has not been selected, please contact the Administrator.
2.3.7. Starting packs will be delivered by paid post or courier to the address indicated in the form in the User’s account. The Administrator decides about the shipping method.
2.3.8. In the event of a change of the date or place of Bieg Firmowy, or its cancellation for reasons beyond the Administrator’s control, e.g. as a result of threats, evacuation, very heavy rainfall, storm, hail or other weather conditions or an epidemic threat or state of epidemic or in connection with adopted restrictions in terms of movement, organization of events or recommendations in the field of health protection, the Participant or the Company cannot require the Administrator to reimburse the starting fee or any other costs. The Administrator will make every effort to enable participation in Run on another date set by the Administrator.
2.4. APPLICATION
2.4.1. It is necessary for each Participant during Bieg Firmowy 2025 in the Formula with the application to have a fully charged smartphone with the current version of the Application, the download and installation of which is a condition for participation in Bieg Firmowy. Each Participant will have access to information regarding the download and launch of the above Application. 2.4.2. Each Participant who wants to use an external measuring tool (e.g. Garmin, Polar, Strava) should independently synchronize his smartphone with the installed Application with an external tool. The Organizer is not responsible for the lack of synchronization of the Application with an external device or other elements of the smartphone. Each Participant must synchronize the smartphone with an external device before the start of the run as part of Bieg Firmowy.
2.4.3. It is necessary for each Participant to have a properly configured smartphone before the start of Bieg Firmowy 2025. Each Participant is obliged to configure his smartphone with the Application before the start of the Run. Details on how to properly configure your smartphone can be found at www.biegfirmowy.pl/.
2.4.4. Each Participant must check the mode in which the Application is set and change it to the “Runner” mode appropriate for the Run before starting Bieg Firmowy 2025. The organizer is not responsible for completing the competition distance in a mode other than the “Runner”.
2.4.5. Each Participant presses the “Start” button on their own, at the start of the Run, monitors the distance covered and after completing 5 km (it is recommended to complete at least 5.1 km) presses the “Pause” button and then “Finish” to end the Run and save their activity. 2.4.6. Each Participant must have access to the location (e.g. GPS system) and Internet access enabled throughout the entire distance of Bieg Firmowy 2025 Competition.
2.4.7. During Bieg Firmowy 2025, the Participant may use the “Pause” button to interrupt the Run and renew it after a while to continue the Run. The Participant undertakes to use the “Pause” button in a situation requiring it and no more than 5 times. 2.4.8. Each Participant is obliged to cover the competition distance on external running routes (routes such as parks, forests, running paths, etc.). The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the result of a Participant who completed the competition distance on mechanical devices (such as a home treadmill).
2.4.9. The Organizer is not responsible for the lack of credit or for interrupting the distance and route of the Run, which will be caused by technical errors of the Participant’s smartphone.
2.4.10. Each Participant during Bieg Firmowy 2025 Competition has access to their Team view, individual and group ranking, awards and sponsors tab, basic instructions and basic functionalities of the Application. In case of problems, each Participant can use the lifebuoy located in the upper left corner of the Application between 6:00 and 22:00 on the day of the Run and report a problem. 2.4.11. After the end of the Run, each Participant is obliged to leave an account in the Mobile Application for min. 7 business days after the end of Bieg Firmowy 2025 Competition. Deleting an account faster may result in a missing result in the ratings.
2.4.12. The Organizer will publish the results of the Formula with Application race within 5 business days after the end of Bieg Firmowy 2025 Competition in the Application and on the website: https://biegfirmowy.pl/wyniki/.
2.4.13. Problems and complaints related to the operation of the Application, results and other random situations (related to the Application area) reported after 26.05.2025 after 15:59 will not be considered. The Organizer reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting complaints.
2.4.14. The contact details provided during registration in the Application will be used to notify Participants of any changes regarding Bieg Firmowy. By entering the data, the Participant declares that it is true and up-to-date.
2.4.15. The Organizer and the technical team of the Mobile Application reserve the right to enter the name of the registered Team into the Application in a specified way for all Teams.
2.5. PRIZES
Although Bieg Firmowy 2025 has a recreational and charitable dimension, prizes have been provided for the winners in the Application Formula and the Stationary Formula in the following categories for each of the Run Forms:
● fastest women’s team – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place,
● fastest men’s team – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place,
● fastest mixed team (at least one person of the opposite sex to the other team members) – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place,
● individual – fastest male member 1st, 2nd, 3rd place,
● individual – fastest female member 1st, 2nd, 3rd place.
2.5.1. The Organizer may introduce additional prizes and categories.
2.5.2. The results underlying the awarding of the Prizes will be determined solely on the basis of the data recorded and available through the Application and the measurement of time at the stationary event. No other measurement can be the basis for any complaints or allegations. The Participant acknowledges that the correct operation of the Application depends on many factors, including the operation of the Participant’s device, the compatibility of the Application with this device, the course of the route chosen by the Participant, and the Organizer has no influence on these factors and does not bear any responsibility in this respect. 2.5.3. Prizes in the stationary Formula will be given to the winners during the event, after the final results are announced. If the winner does not claim the prize on the day of the event, the Organizer will agree on the method of collecting the prize individually with the winner by contacting him by e-mail to the e-mail address provided.
2.5.4. Prizes in the Formula with the application will be delivered to the winners by the Organizer by courier to the address indicated. Winners in the Formula with the application will be informed about the award and the method and date of its transfer electronically to the e-mail address provided.
2.5.5. The prizes will be distributed in accordance with the Organizer’s knowledge of the results of the race at the moment. If the final results differ from those announced immediately after the race, no complaint can be made regarding the issuance of prizes, except when the prize goes to a person who shortened the race route or otherwise violated the terms and conditions of participation in Bieg Firmowy 2025.
2.6. DISQUALIFICATION
2.6.1. At any time during Bieg Firmowy, the Organizer has the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and exclude any Participant who does not comply with the Regulations or violates the law or disrupts the course of Bieg Firmowy, his/her behavior may cause or cause damage to human health, loss property or loss of the Organizer’s reputation; provides false information in the registration form, uses the help of a person not participating in Bieg Firmowy on the route, as well as for medical reasons. If a Participant who is entitled to a prize is disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and may be donated or awarded to another Participant. Disqualified participants will not be included in the official results.
3. STARTER PACKS
3.1. PACKS IN THE FORMULA WITH THE APPLICATION
3.1.1. In the application formula, it is possible to purchase:
3.1.1.1. JUST RUN pack;
3.1.1.2. RUN LIKE A HERO pack;
3.1.1.3. GREEN RUN pack.
3.1.2. The pack in the formula with the application allows access to the application for Participants, within which Bieg Firmowy will take place on May 24, 2025. Participants can cover the competition distance between 00:01 and 23:59 on May 24, 2025.
3.1.3. The User who purchased packages in the online Formula has the possibility to change the Participant data on the Website within the deadline set by the Organizer. However, the Administrator does not guarantee the appropriate size and type of T-shirts for changes made after the deadline.
3.2. JUST RUN PACK
3.2.1. JUST RUN packs include commemorative medals and T-shirts with the motif of the 13th edition of Bieg Firmowy for Participants in the type and size indicated by the User.
3.2.2. If the User does not complete the data on the type and size of the T-shirt for the ordered package within the deadlines specified in the regulations, the Administrator does not guarantee delivery of the Just Run Pack before the start of the event on May 24, 2025.
3.2.3. The visualization of the t-shirt template is available on the Information Service.
3.3. RUN LIKE A HERO PACK
3.3.1. RUN LIKE A HERO packs include commemorative medals and personalized T-shirts with the Company’s logo for Participants, in the type and size indicated by the User.
3.3.2. The User acting on behalf of the Company is obliged to send their company logo/marking by e-mail in CDR, PDF, EPS format in high quality.
3.3.3. The logo sent will be placed on the T-shirt design in a 17 x 23 cm rectangle at chest height.
3.3.4. A visualization of the T-shirt template is available on the Information Service.
3.3.5. If the User does not provide the required materials within the deadlines specified in the regulations, the Administrator does not guarantee delivery of the Run Like a Hero Pack before the start of the event on May 24, 2025.
3.4. GREEN RUN PACK
3.4.1. GREEN RUN packs include commemorative medals and personalized T-shirts with the Company logo for Participants, made of ecological material, in the size indicated by the User.
3.4.2. The User acting on behalf of the Company is obliged to send their company logo/marking in CDR, PDF, EPS format in high quality by e-mail.
3.4.3. The User acting on behalf of the Company is obliged to send by e-mail information regarding the Pantone colors contained in the logo/mark. In the absence of Pantone colors, the Administrator reserves that the colors of the logo/marking placed on the T-shirt may differ slightly from the submitted graphics.
3.4.4. The submitted logo will be placed on the T-shirt design in a 17 x 23 cm rectangle at chest height.
3.4.5. A visualization of the T-shirt template is available on the Information Service
3.4.6. If the User does not provide the required materials within the deadlines specified in the regulations, the Administrator does not guarantee delivery of the Green Run Pack before the start of the event on May 24, 2025.
3.5. STATIONARY FORMULA PACKS
3.5.1. In the Stationary Formula, it is possible to purchase:
3.5.1.1. JUST RUN pack;
3.5.1.2. RUN LIKE A HERO pack;
3.5.1.3. GREEN RUN pack.
3.5.2. The pack in the Stationary Formula allows entry to Bieg Firmowy event on May 24, 2025.
3.5.3. The User who purchased packages in the Stationary Formula has the option to change the Participant data until May 10, 2025, 2:59 p.m. However, the Administrator does not guarantee the appropriate size and type of T-shirts for changes made after the deadline.
3.6. JUST RUN PACK
3.6.1. JUST RUN packs include commemorative medals and T-shirts with the motif of the 13th edition of Bieg Firmowy for Participants in the type and size indicated by the User.
3.6.2. If the User does not complete the data on the type and size of the T-shirt for the ordered package within the deadlines specified in the regulations, the Administrator does not guarantee delivery of the Just Run Package before the start of the event on May 24, 2025.
3.6.3. The visualization of the t-shirt template is available on the Information Service.
3.7. RUN LIKE A HERO PACK
3.7.1. RUN LIKE A HERO packs include commemorative medals and personalized T-shirts with the Company’s logo for Participants, in the type and size indicated by the User.
3.7.2. The User acting on behalf of the Company is obliged to send their company logo/marking by e-mail in CDR, PDF, EPS format in high quality.
3.7.3. The logo sent will be placed on the T-shirt design in a 17 x 23 cm rectangle at chest height.
3.7.4. A visualization of the T-shirt template is available on the Information Service.
3.7.5. If the User does not provide the required materials within the deadlines specified in the regulations, the Administrator does not guarantee delivery of the Run Like a Hero Pack before the start of the event on May 24, 2025.
3.8. GREEN RUN PACK
3.8.1. GREEN RUN packs include commemorative medals and personalized T-shirts with the Company’s logo for Participants, made of ecological material, in the size indicated by the User.
3.8.2. The User acting on behalf of the Company is obliged to send their company logo/marking in CDR, PDF, EPS format in high quality by e-mail.
3.8.3. The User acting on behalf of the Company is obliged to send by e-mail information regarding the Pantone colors contained in the logo/mark. In the absence of Pantone colors, the Administrator reserves that the colors of the logo/marking placed on the T-shirt may differ slightly from the submitted graphics.
3.8.4. The submitted logo will be placed on the T-shirt design in a 17 x 23 cm rectangle at chest height.
3.8.5. A visualization of the T-shirt template is available on the Information Service.
3.8.6. If the User does not provide the required materials within the deadlines specified in the regulations, the Administrator does not guarantee delivery of the Green Run Pack before the start of the event on May 24, 2025.
3.9. COMPLAINTS
3.9.1. Complaints related to T-shirts or medals received as part of the ordered Packs should be reported within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the Package.
3.9.2. Complaints will be considered within 14 business days from the date of filing the complaint.
3.9.3. Complaints should be reported by contacting the Administrator at the following e-mail address: biuro@biegfirmowy.pl and filling out the form received in this way.
4. FINAL PROVISIONS
4.1. DISCLAIMERS
4.1.1. The Participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer will not make any additional verification of the results achieved, saved using the Application, and time measurement at the stationary event, which are the only source of information in this regard for the purposes of Bieg Firmowy. The Participant also accepts that each route covered by individual Participants may differ from each other in terms of the difficulty of overcoming them and the time that can be achieved, and the results achieved may also be affected by the start and end time of the race or weather conditions in individual locations.
4.1.2. The Organizer shall not be liable for any defects in the operation of the Application, regardless of their causes.
4.2. FINAL PROVISIONS
4.2.1. These regulations apply to all Participants of Bieg Firmowy. Confirmation of participation in the race is tantamount to reading and accepting these regulations.
4.2.2. The Organizer is entitled to change the Regulations of the Run at any time, about which he will inform the Participants via the Service and by posting the changed content on the Service. Such a change comes into force after 14 days from its announcement in the above-mentioned manner. If the changes are not accepted, the Participant will not be entitled to participate in Bieg Firmowy on May 24, 2025.
