What is Bieg Firmowy?
Bieg Firmowy is a unique charity event aimed at companies and organizations that focus on team integration, healthy lifestyle promotion and corporate social responsibility. It is an ideal opportunity to combine sports competition with team building and supporting a charitable cause.
What remains the same in Bieg Firmowy is the idea behind which the beneficiaries of the Everest Foundation stand. Since the beginning of the charity relay, over PLN 3,021,639.76 has been donated for the treatment and rehabilitation of the little heroes from the Everest Foundation. During the 13th edition of Bieg Firmowy and Nocny Bieg Firmowy, you will run for help for a record number of 20 beneficiaries. Meet them here [click].

Stationary formula - key information
When and where?
The Company Run in the stationary formula will take place on May 24 (Saturday) in Wrocław, at the Olympic Stadium located at the AWF complex. Pin. Depending on the selection of the round during purchase, runners will start in two starting blocks. The first round will set off on the route at 10:00, the second at 14:00.
What does integration look like?
The stationary formula of Bieg Firmowy is based on a company relay, in which teams of 5 people cover a total distance of 5 × 5 km. Each participant runs one five-kilometer loop, passing the relay baton to the next team member.
Who is Bieg Firmowy for?
The event is aimed at companies. There are no limits, you can register as many teams as you want. Remember, everyone wins here! Your company’s participation increases the chances for the beneficiaries of the Everest Foundation and their families.
How to participate?
- Team/company registration – done via the form on the website [click].
- Starter pack selection – depending on your needs, there are three starter packs to choose from. The absolute bestseller is the Run Like a Hero pack, which is distinguished by a T-shirt with a place for your company logo. 1 pack = 1 team of 5 people.
- Completing teams and registering participants – after registering, you need to fill in the runners’ data. Then all that’s left is to wait for the courier with the package and count down to May 24!
Run town
For the stationary race, a dedicated running town is being created, which is spread out over the entire area of the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław. There will be several thematic zones at the disposal of all runners, where everyone will find something for themselves, including fans and the youngest participants.
Integration zone
This is a dedicated place for your company’s integration, where, in addition to spending time together having fun, you can relax and unwind after the run, surrounded by trees and nature. EXPO zone
In the EXPO zone you will create a space to promote your brand, product or service in the running town! A dedicated zone gives you the opportunity to interact with a potential client or employee, strengthen your image, present services, sample products or network. Bieg Krasnala
This is a form of a short run for the youngest participants of the event (up to 12 years old), from which 100% of the funds from ticket sales will be donated to the Everest Foundation as part of the #KrasnaleDlaBohaterów campaign. Details here: click.
Wellbeing zone
Here you can take care of your body before and after the run. Professional masseurs, stretching, physiotherapy advice and relaxation classes will help you take care of your regeneration.
Warm-up zone (main stage)
This is where you will warm up for the joint start with professional trainers and meet this year’s beneficiaries of the Everest Foundation in person.
FRRuuu Bicycle Parking
We recommend arriving at the event by bike, where you can easily leave it at the FRRuuu bicycle parking.
Food Zone
A variety of food options, healthy snacks, coffee and more. And if you are interested in purchasing additional catering for your company, Body Chief is preparing regenerative meals that will be available for collection at the running town. Read more here: click.

Stationary training
Stationary training for Bieg Firmowy starts in mid-April! 🔥The classes will be available to all willing participants of the 13th edition of the event – both beginners and experienced runners. This is a great opportunity to prepare for the start and integrate before the Run.

Completing the data of runners
The deadlines for completing the data of participants vary depending on the date of purchase and the type of pack. Each coordinator will receive a dedicated email with information about the deadline for completing the data.
In the case of the Run Like a Hero and Green Run packs, the coordinator will also be asked to send the logo for the T-shirts, and to accept the prepared visualization. The required file format is .EPS, .PDF. or PNG. in vectors without a background.
Change of runner in the team
- the coordinator can change the runner/edit the data on his own until May 22nd, 11:59 p.m.
- changing the runner/editing data will also be possible on the day of the event, May 24, at the Race Office in Bieg Firmowy town.
‼️ The above deadlines do not apply to editing sizes and cuts of T-shirts. After the deadline, which was or will be notified to coordinators, changes in this area will not be possible for production reasons.
Change of run formula

Delivery of starter packs
Starter packs will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase no later than May 14.
Publication of the INFOPACK
Infopack Bieg Firmowy 2025 will be published in the news on biegfirmowy.pl 10 days before the event. It will also be sent to the email addresses of all participants and coordinators. ✉️
