What is Bieg Firmowy?
Bieg Firmowy is a unique charity event aimed at companies and organizations that focus on team integration, healthy lifestyle promotion and corporate social responsibility. It is an ideal opportunity to combine sports competition with team building and supporting a charitable cause.
What remains the same in Bieg Firmowy is the idea behind which the beneficiaries of the Everest Foundation stand. Since the beginning of the charity relay, over PLN 3,021,639.76 has been donated for the treatment and rehabilitation of the little heroes from the Everest Foundation. During the 13th edition of Bieg Firmowy and Nocny Bieg Firmowy, you will run for help for a record number of 20 beneficiaries. Meet them here [click].

Run with the app - key information
Run wherever you want, whenever you want!
The online formula is simple – runners from all over the world can take part in the event without having to travel. All you need is a smartphone with the Activy app installed, willingness and a bit of sporting spirit! You cover the route anywhere – whether it’s a city park in Warsaw, a beach in Sydney, a mountain trail in the Alps or the residential streets of a small town – you decide!
The only condition? The run must take place on May 24, in the Polish time zone between 00:01 and 23:59. The Activy app will record your effort, time and route covered, and all funds raised will be donated to 20 beneficiaries of the Everest Foundation.
Strength in team – we run as five!
The unique feature of Bieg Firmowy is the team formula. Each team consists of 5 people, but importantly, they do not have to run together! Each team member can complete their route individually, at a time and place convenient for them within the designated time frame. This is an ideal solution for friends or colleagues scattered around the world who want to participate in a charity event together.
How to participate?
- Team/company registration – please fill out the form on the website: click.
- Starter pack selection – depending on your needs, there are three starter packs to choose from. The absolute bestseller is the Run Like a Hero pack, which is distinguished by a T-shirt with a place for your company logo. 1 pack = 1 team of 5 people.
- Completing teams and registering participants – after registering, complete the runners’ data.
- Download the Activy mobile application – application available in AppStore and Google Play.
- Enter the code – the code will be sent to you 1-2 hours before the event.
- Start!

Completing the data of runners
The deadlines for completing the data of participants vary depending on the date of purchase and the type of pack. Each coordinator will receive a dedicated email with information about the deadline for completing the data.
In the case of the Run Like a Hero and Green Run packs, the coordinator will also be asked to send the logo for the T-shirts, and to accept the prepared visualization. The required file format is .EPS, .PDF. or PNG. in vectors without a background.
Change of runner in the team
- the coordinator can change the runner/edit the data on his own until April 18, 11:59 p.m.
- after this date, requests for changes should be submitted to biuro@biegfirmowy.pl (otherwise they will not be taken into account)
‼️ The above deadlines do not apply to editing sizes and cuts of T-shirts. After the deadline, which was or will be notified to coordinators, changes in this area will not be possible for production reasons.
Change of run formula
Due to production reasons, not every team may have the opportunity to change the formula yet. If you are interested in changing the formula, write to us at biuro@biegfirmowy.pl
Delivery of starter packs
Starter packs will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase no later than May 14.
Distribution of event codes in the Activy application
Codes will be sent between 20-22.05. Each participant will receive an email with an access code and instructions. A full list of codes for all company teams will also be sent to the coordinator. The entire team logs into the app with a single code.
Publication of the INFOPACK
Infopack Bieg Firmowy 2025 will be published in the news on biegfirmowy.pl 10 days before the event. It will also be sent to the email addresses of all participants and coordinators. ✉️
