Each person who joined the team is already a winner And got a first place for passion, heart open for others and the urge to beat his/her own limitations- sais Mirela Kik, Human Resources Director in ZF CV Systems Poland .

ZF Group promotes organisational culture focused on widely understood comfort of working, called well-being. It means not only offering the employees a good working environment, friendly atmosphere, partnership relations with supervisors, possibilities of joining interesting projects, but also encouraging them to participate in the events that fall within the mission of the company. Bieg Firmowy is one of those.

Where did the idea to invite the employees to run together come from?

Mirela Kik, Human Resources Director in ZF CV Systems Poland :
-We know that our employees are passionate in many sports disciplines and they are very good in finding balance between their jobs and realisation of their interests. They always willingly engaged in charity actions. By deciding to participate in Bieg Firmowy, we wanted to give them an opportunity to join a healthy rivalry within the framework of a noble cause. For many years already we have been organising many events supporting healthy lifestyle and we know what are our employees’ expectations about it.

Taking care of an employee’s well-being, of his mood in the job and making sure he identifies with the organisational culture of the company brings measurable benefits. This is why for many years already we invest in the growth of people to make them know, that they influence many components of company’s performance and to make the satisfied with being a part of it.

Each year we prepare many health-promoting actions- sight testing, sugar level testing, complex ergonomic workshops, we opened a Back Pain Clinic, we support the activities and lectures held by Multisport consultants. We encourage to join growth workshops, to celebrate together i.e. St Nicholas’ Day or Childrens’ Day. . . Even the pandemics did not stop our activity- only the way of communicating have changed and we have moved most of the activities to the online reality.

It’s no secret that participating in Bieg Firmowy is also a great opportunity to advertise our Company- what we do now, our values. We are one of the biggest employers not only in Wrocław, but also in Lower Silesia. The knowledge about is not common yet, because we do not operate with a product dedicated to an individual consumer. Bieg is an opportunity to show our Company as an employer that offers a broad spectrum of career opportunities.

This year’s Bieg is special for ZF not only because of the lasting pandemics…

-Of course pandemics affected our ways of living and working, but it for sure has not changed our hearts and engagement. This is why we decided to participate in Bieg Firmowy in this year’s edition too. This year’s edition is special for us, because since May 2020 we are a new Division of global ZF concern and we could invite our new colleagues from other locations in Poland to participate- from Czechowice-Dziedzice, Bielsko-Biała, Częstochowa, Gliwice, Łódź and Warsaw. TOgether we will support the proteges of Bieg Firmowy no matter the place we work from, and at the same time we will add something to promoting a healthy, active lifestyle, so important in the present times.
