Activy App
During the 13th edition of Bieg Firmowy, we use Activy app. Downloading the app is necessary to participate in the race. Links can be found below.

Distribution of application codes
Application codes will be sent on20-22.05.2025
Each participant will receive an email with an access code and instructions. Additionally, a complete list of codes for all teams from the company will be sent to the coordinator. The entire team logs into the app with one code.
How to join Bieg Firmowy 2025 challenge?
After downloading the Activy application, you will be asked to log in or register.
ATTENTION!
Challenge “Bieg Firmowy 2025” will be available in Activy app on 20.05
If you have not yet participated in any challenge in the Activy app:
- Search “Bieg Firmowy 2025” using the search engine or find the event on the “Company Challenges” list.
- Enter the access code found in your email (the email provided by company coordinators during team registration) or ask the coordinator for it. One code is dedicated to all team members.
If you have participated in one of the challenges in Activy in the past or are currently participating in a challenge in the app:
- Select the following: the home icon in the lower left menu> “Settings” > “My challenges” > “Find other challenges” > “Bieg Firmowy 2025“.
- Enter the access code from your email (the one given by your company coordinators during team registration) or ask your coordinator.
Preparing the device before launch
To avoid errors related to GPS or recording your run’s route, make sure your device is properly prepared.
⚠️ Most problems with recording activity are due to phone settings and how the physical GPS hardware module in the phone works. It’s not up to the Activy app.

Race Start – Distance and Start Times
The online version of the Bieg Firmowy takes place on May 24thfrom 00:01 to 23:59 (according to the Polish time zone).That means you have24 hours to log your activity using the tracker in the Activy app or previously connected sports apps: Strava, Garmin or Polar (after syncing with your Activy account).
Finish the distance 5,1 km (the algorithm will select the fastest 5 km completed), then select: “Pause” > “Finish”. Make sure to share your participation in Bieg Firmowy on social media adding #biegfirmowy2025!

You can check your score and the scores of your team members in the “Ranking” tab after you finish the race. You will also find information on how your results compare to other teams.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, the runner can run twice. You must enter his/her details twice in registration system in the “My Teams” tab.
It is important that when registering for the app, the person registers with two email addresses, and also logs out and changes accounts after finishing the race. This way, two separate results will be included in the ranking.
Each team member runs individually, logging their activity in the app.
Of course, you can arrange to cover the route together or set a specific starting time – we encourage you to come up with creative solutions!
In the case of a race with the app, the order of runners in the system does not matter.

In Poland and all over the world! Runners must have access to the internet and GPS and complete the race distance on May 24, 2025 between 00:01 and 23:59 (Polish time zone).
The Run Distance can be completed between 00:01 and 23:59, May 24, 2025, according to the Polish time zone. The Run must be completed and registered no later than 23:59 to be counted.
You must run a distance of 5,1 km (the algorithm will choose the fastest 5 km).
We recommend that your account be created with an email address that you will have access to on the day of the race.
You don’t need to create a new account if you’re already an Activy app user. You can join Bieg Firmowy 2025 challenge using the entry code.
Please also remember that you can change the email address assigned to your account in the Activy application profile settings.
