Workouts for all participants of Bieg FIrmowy started on March 22nd at 00:01 and will last until May 16th, 23:59. This year there is one access code that will let you join any workout (the code is sent during the registration process via email). Simultaneously, a challenge “Workouts for Bieg Firmowy 2021” is on, and despite some spice it will add a bit of rivalry among the participants.

Users join smaller teams, compete between each other, fight for rewards- and at the same time work on creating healthy habits. Additionally, by setting a charity goal and observing how it is being fulfilled makes even those who have the biggest doubts join the challenge. Everyone has a chance to win. We appreciate engagement and regularity. You do not have to be a sportsman to score high on the leaderboard! So, are you ready?”

How to join this countrywide challenge?

1. Launch Activy App
2. Log in
3. Go to settings.
4. Press “Search for challenges”
5. Press “Recommended challenges” and pick “Workouts for Bieg Firmowy 2021”
6. Enter access code, delivered to you via email
7. Work out and win!

Who can join the workout? Each participant of Bieg Firmowy of course, on a given day, within a timeframe of 00:01 and 23:59. You can join the workout at any time.

Remember though, that the workout has to be done at a distance of at least 1,5 km, beginned at least 30 min after the previous one. Otherwise, the activity will not be classified in the app, no matter the contest.

How does the scoring work? Scores are counted for the biggest amount of beaten kilometers during all online workouts performed within the framework of Bieg Firmowy 2021 in Activy mobile app.

Simple math. 1 kilometer=1 point!

Before you begin, be sure that your device is properly prepared for the start. Check synchronisation between the phone and the app, Internet and GPS access and set the mode of the app to “running”. What is important, the app cares for your safety, so the workouts do not let you perform a relay race, and the scoring is visible only in the individual mode.
