To say this year’s edition of Bieg Firmowy is “unique” would not be enough. One of a few? This sentence seems to be closer to our initiative. Why? Everyday we find out about more and more cancelled or postponed events. Despite the sad news, we implemented the rule of “ all hands on deck” to make Bieg Firmowy happen as always and, most importantly, offer more than it used to. This is how we prepared a dedicated, few weeks long health-related events series that precedes the day of Bieg Firmowy.

What we are talking about here is additional events that you might recognize under the name of “Relay Race for Health” It is a series of meetings and online workouts that have a goal of improving the condition of participants of Bieg Firmowy and prepare them for the start under the eye of professionals. During the additional events within the framework of Relay Race for Health: we work out, practice yoga, talk about healthy diet and relax.

You can register for additional events on our website: https://biegfirmowy.pl/sztafeta-po-zdrowie/. Each participant of Bieg Firmowy can join the event and the “seats” are not limited.

Our workouts are held live, but if a particular date does not match your schedule, do not worry. Some of the meetings are recorded and available here. This way you can get back to the workouts or even repeat them at a chosen time.

Why do we do that? The answer is very simple. We want all the participants of Bieg Firmowy to be well prepared for May 22nd and take care of their health and condition at the same time. Getting back in shape is not the easiest, but by motivating each other we can reach the goal much faster and painlessly.

And in terms of motivation, we have something else for you. A competition is ongoing, organized in cooperation with BUFF® , for the largest number of activities in the relay race for health. We consider: participation in Relay Race for Health, workouts in the Activy app (the same one that you will run with on May 22nd). We care about picking people who are most engaged, who we want to reward with an attractive home equipment.
