When and where does Bieg Firmowy 2026 take place?
This year's edition of Bieg Firmowywill take place on May 24 (Sunday) in stationary format: in Wrocław (Olympic Stadium) and in online format, from anywhere in the world!
What is the distance to be covered?
The length of the route for one rider is 5 kilometers. The total distance for the team is 25 kilometers (5x5km).
How many people does the team have?
1 team = 5 people.
One company can save an unlimited number of teams.
Is it possible to walk while running?
Yes, when it comes to the stationary run you should be mindful of your safety on the route and try to fit into the team time limit of 3 hours. However, we hear your voices and needs, so expect news on this topic soon. We will keep you informed!
Is it possible to run online and stationary as part of one team?
There is no such possibility. One team = one race formula. We prepare everything for teams of 5 people.
Where and how to save the team?
Registration takes place in the Compani store at this link: https://compani.pl/sklep/kategoria-produktu/nocny-bieg-firmowy/. One starter pack is designed for a team of 5 people. After purchasing the packs, teams will be created in your account in the “My teams” tab, and you will receive detailed instructions on completing the runner data to your email address. You do not have to enter them right away — we will inform you of the current date in a dedicated message.
Until when are the current pack prices valid?
Current starter pack prices are valid while supplies last.
What are the available payment methods?
The only payment method available is invoice based transfer. We issue the document within 2 working days. The standard payment term is 7 days. If you need to extend the payment deadline, include a Purchase Order number on your invoice, or have other invoice requests, select “Custom Invoice” in the order summary and add a comment (!). As a result, the document will not be issued automatically and we will be able to accommodate your invoice requests. Custom invoices are issued within 72h of purchase.

How can you complete the race route?
Run, jog, walk — no matter how. The important thing is with the heart! 💙
How to get to the place?
There are public transport stops next to the complex. You can get to the place by trams of lines: 9, 12, 13 and 17 or by buses number: 345 and 941 getting off at the stop “Olympic Stadium”.
We have a team of 4. Can 1 person cover the distance 2 times?
A runner can run 10 kilometers at once, but we need to have his data entered in the system twice + next to each other, e.g. as the first and second, or second and third runner, etc. It will not be necessary to attach the second start number. He can also run between other people, but then you will need to attach a second starting number. The data, of course, still have to be entered twice in the system, but for example as a first and third person.
Is it possible to take part in the race individually?
Bieg Firmowy is a relay race, meaning that it only accepts entries for teams of 5.
Is it possible to display your corporate branding at the event?
In order to be able to promote yourself during Bieg Firmowy, you must become a Sponsor or Partner of the event. We encourage you to cooperate by contacting us by email at biuro@biegfirmowy.pl. When and where do I pick up the baton?
Picking up the baton will be possible on the day of the event, on the territory of the running town (next to the Competition Office). A map of the event will be available in May.
What attractions will be available in the running town?
You will not be disappointed! Bieg Firmowy Town has been designed in such a way that you can spend the whole day there and integrate into the team. There is a wellness area, where you can use the services of professionals in the field of physiotherapy and massage, EXPO zone, gastronomic zone with access to hot and tasty snacks and coffee and other cold drinks. For the little ones there will also be a children's area with access to inflatables and other attractions.
Will the run results be available live?
Yes, our STS Timing Partner provides a dedicated link for the duration of the event where you can find your running time. The QR code for the page will be displayed in the town.
What app will runners use?
Runners with the online formula will use the Activy app.
Where will Bieg Firmowy 2026 take place in the formula with the application?
In Poland and around the world! Runners must have access to the Internet and GPS and cover the distance of the race on May 24, 2026 between 00:01 and 23:59 (Polish time zone).
What time will the run with the application take place?
The Run distance can be covered between 00:01 and 23:59, May 24, 2026 according to the Polish time zone. The run must be completed and recorded at 23:59 at the latest to be passed.
What distance should I run when running with the app?
It is necessary to run a distance of 5.1 km (the algorithm will select the fastest 5 km covered).
In the formula with the app, does the team have to run together at the same time?
Each player from the team runs individually, recording their activity in the application. Of course, you can arrange a joint trip or a specific start time — we encourage you to come up with creative solutions!
Which e-mail address should I use to register my account in the app - business or private?
We recommend that you set up an account with an email address that you will have access to on the day of the run.
Can someone run twice? We have a team of 4.
Yes, the athlete can run twice. You must enter his data twice in the system of records in the “My teams” tab. It is important that when registering for the application, this person registers in it at two email addresses, and also after completing the run, log out and change the account. As a result, two separate results will be included in the ranking.
Does the order of the runners with the application in the registration system matter?
In the case of running with the application, the order of the runners in the system does not matter.
Who can take part in the Dwarf Run?
The Dwarf Run is designed for children from 0 to 12 years old. The event can be attended by children of different age categories, who take part in separate groups, adapted to their capabilities and age.
Can I leave my child in the care of the organizers for the duration of my Run?
The organizers of the race are not responsible for the children of the participants during the main race. Therefore, each parent or guardian participating in the run must provide their child with the care of an adult for the duration of their absence.
What does the division into age categories and distances look like?
0-4 years - 100 meters | 5-6 years - 100 meters | 7-8 years - 160 meters | 9-12 years - 160 meters
What is included in the Dwarf Run Starter Pack?
The basic package includes starting number, medal at the finish line and a wristband with the ability to enter contact details to the guardian. In the extended version — also a running shirt.
Can children run with a parent or guardian?
Yes, especially the youngest children can be guided or supported by a parent on the route.
