Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you in connection with registering on the Website, organizing sports competitions, fulfilling your contact request, or receiving marketing materials. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, but withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out while we had it.

The data of persons – participants of sports competitions – provided by you (i) for the purpose of organising sports competitions, preparing start lists and compiling competition results, as well as preparing informational and promotional materials (including regarding the image of these persons), based on the consents given by these persons (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the GDPR), (ii) for archival (evidence) purposes, which are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (basis under Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR), (iii) satisfaction surveys, based on a legitimate interest (basis under Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR), (iv) for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the possible establishment, exercise or defence of our claims related to the organisation of sports competitions, which is the implementation of our legitimate interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR). Each person confirming participation in a sports competition on the Website or in response to information received about registering their data consents to the use of their image in informational and promotional materials, including in particular in the promotional video and on the Website and in links.
