The exchange zone is where runners pass the baton. Only are admitted to this zone only runners with bib numbers. How to read the number?

- Runners start according to the order provided in the registration system; access to the list is available to Your company coordinator.
- The official start list for the Bieg Firmowy includes changes made in the system until May 22, 2026, 11:59 PM. After this deadline, every change must be reported at the Race Office by 9:30 AM.
- After the warm-up, ONLY those running the first leg of the relays. To ensure safety, we ask other runners to remain in the Athletics Stadium.
- Runners line up in the exchange zone according to their relay number (the first number on the bib number). The zone is divided into sections every 100 numbers – the higher the bib number, the further from the start you stand. Runners competing for top places can position themselves at the front.
- Time is measured net time, i.e., from the moment the runner with the baton crosses the START-FINISH gate.
- After the first leg starts, ONLY those running the second leg of the relay will be admitted to the exchange zone (the second number on the bib). The same rule applies to subsequent changes.
