The Bieg Firmowy is coming up in an online format – it's time to get ready for the start! Whether you're running for the first time or returning to the course for another year in a row, here you'll find all the essential information to help you start stress-free and correctly record your result.

We've gathered all key dates, app instructions, and answers to frequently asked questions in one place. It's worth checking here before the run to make sure you have everything under control.

DOWNLOAD THE ACTIVY APP

The Activy app is available for Android and iOS phones. You can download it from Google Play or the App Store.

REGISTER

You can register in the Activy app via: Facebook, Apple account, and email. Choose an email address you will have access to on your phone on May 24th. If you submit an inquiry or a problem with saving your route, the response will be sent to the email address provided during app registration.

FIND THE bieg firmowy IN THE APP

If you are participating in another Activy challenge or were in last year's challenge, follow these instructions: medal icon in the bottom menu > menu in the top right corner > My Challenges > "Find other challenges" > search for Bieg Firmowy 2026: online in the "Open Challenges" category and join with your team's code. If you have just registered your account: Select Bieg Firmowy 2026: online from the list of available challenges (Open Challenges) and join using the code you received in the email.

GET READY FOR THE RUN

The Bieg Firmowy takes place on May 24th from 00:01 to 23:59 (Polish time zone). You have 24 hours to record your activity in the designated run using the Activy app tracker or connected sports apps: Garmin, Polar, Strava, Suunto, Apple Watch (after syncing with your Activy account). Test activity recording before the Run day!

START

Before starting the run, make sure to adjust your phone settings so your route is recorded correctly. Now, simply press START. Good luck! Remember, if you want to see the entire team's result, each team member must finish the run.

FINISH RUN

After completing the 5.1 km distance (the algorithm will select your fastest 5 km), choose "Pause" > "Finish." Be sure to share your participation in the Company Run on social media, adding #biegfirmowy #biegfirmowy2026.

CHECK RESULTS

In the "Ranking" tab (cup icon in the bottom menu), you will find your team members' results, as well as information on your team's overall ranking. The official results will be announced on May 28, 2026. Congratulations on completing the run!

FAQ

Where can I find the current regulations? 

The current regulations can be found on our website www.biegfirmowy.pl and in the Activy app under the Company Run 2026: online competition.

By when should all participant data be completed/changed?

Participant data can be changed until April 24, 2026. The option to change participant data in the account (excluding t-shirt sizes) is available until the end of the day on May 22, 2026. However, we encourage you to ensure this data is confirmed, completed, and accurate by April 24.

What should I do if a participant changes after the codes have been sent?

If there have been changes in the team composition, please individually pass the access code directly to the substitute participant. We remind you that each code is assigned to a maximum of 5 people per team. If you attempt to add more participants using one code, the additional individuals will not be able to enter the competition in the app.

Does a runner have to wear the Company Run t-shirt? 

We encourage you to run in the event t-shirt. Let's show how many corporate heroes are part of our running community. 

Which app will runners use? 

For this year's edition, we are using the Activy mobile app.

Do participants have a team account? 

Each participant has their own individual account in the app and is assigned to a specific team (as per the Company Run website registrations). The team view will be available to participants in the last week before the official Run.

Can multiple people from outside the team log in with the same code?

The same code is intended for your entire team. Do not share it with people outside your team, as the code has a usage limit. If someone else uses it, it will prevent other members of your team from joining the Run.

How are participant codes distributed this year? 

Codes are delivered to the email addresses of each participant provided during Team registration. One code will be valid for the entire team (5 people). In case of problems or a missing code, the participant should contact their Team Captain and request the code.

How do participants view their team's results?

After logging into the app, users will see the ranking. The ranking is divided into group results (companies and teams) and individual results (open, women, men). In the app, you can see not only your own result but also the results of participants from other teams and companies. If a team member has not yet completed the 5 km distance, they will not be visible in the ranking to other participants.

Can the user use the app outside of the run?

Absolutely, users can use the app for personal use. 

Is the app free?

Yes, the app is free for personal use. However, if you wish to have a Premium account, this service and the entire app are paid. 

What if the user loses internet/signal or has a GPS issue?

If a user loses signal or internet access during the run, their time will only be calculated and added to the ranking once connection is restored. The user can continue running, but should be aware that the route, among other things, will not be displayed during this time. If the user loses GPS signal, the data will be lost. They must run again to be included in the ranking. If the user's phone battery dies, the data will be lost. They must run again to be included in the ranking.

Can the user choose the app's language? 

Users can choose from the following languages: Polish, English, Czech, Danish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Romanian, Ukrainian.

Which watches/apps can be connected to the app?

Garmin, Polar, Strava, Suunto, Apple Watch, Samsung Health (after syncing with your Activy account).

Will the app work without a SIM card registered in Poland?

The app is available almost worldwide, especially in Europe, so there should be no installation issues. For the app to work, it requires an internet connection, regardless of the network.

Is it possible to change the email from a business address to a personal one? 

Absolutely. If the email address has been changed in the profile settings, the data remains unchanged. The user must remember to log in with the new email. However, we recommend logging in with the email address provided during Team registration.

Can I run multiple times on May 24? 

Yes, the best time will be included in the ranking. 

Can international teams be formed and run outside of Poland? How will the running time be measured then, in accordance with the Polish time zone?

The Company Run 2026: online is based on the Polish time zone. Therefore, participants must complete their run between 00:01 and 23:59 Polish time for it to be counted. 

Can a participant run twice? We have a 4-person team. 

Yes, a participant can run twice. In this case, they should be added twice in the registration system (as two participants) and create two separate accounts in the app, each with a different email address. During the run, the participant logs into the first account, completes the distance, and finishes the activity. Then, they log out, log into the second account, and complete the second run. This way, both runs will be recorded as two separate results in the individual classification. Please note: for incomplete teams (2-4 people), results are only counted towards the individual classification, not the team classification.

Does the order of participants matter?

The order of participants registered on www.biegfirmowy.pl does not affect the start times of individual team members. Participants can run on May 24 at any time between 00:01 and 23:59 (according to the Polish time zone). 

How will support operate on the day of the Run? 

On the day of the Company Run 2026: online, technical support will respond to inquiries within a maximum of 1 hour between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. In many cases, problems are resolved much faster (even within 5-10 minutes), but with a higher volume of inquiries, response times may be longer. Regardless, every inquiry is treated as a priority and will be resolved as quickly as possible.

During what hours can I run? 

The Run distance can be completed throughout the day, according to the Polish time zone, on May 24, 2026 (00:01-23:59). Technical support will be available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM on the event day. 

Can I walk to complete the distance? 

Yes, absolutely. We appreciate all support for our beneficiaries, so we offer several ways to complete the route. We understand that not everyone can run, so you can also complete the distance by walking or Nordic walking. 

Is cycling allowed? 

Unfortunately, no. Cycling activities do not count towards the challenge. Participants can record their bike rides, but these activities will not be included in the classification. 

Is the route profile taken into account? What if someone runs downhill?

The route profile is not taken into account. 

Can I run on a treadmill? 

No, the app will not count 5 km completed on a treadmill. 

When will the winners be announced? 

The final list of results and winners will be published by May 28, 2026.

Does the user have to manually press start and stop? 

Yes, the user manually presses "start," "stop," and then "finish" in the app. We recommend covering a minimum of 5.1 km to avoid losing time, for example, by taking out your phone. We guarantee that the algorithm will select your fastest 5 km. 

Can I complete 5 km in segments, pausing the run periodically?

Yes. You can pause during the Run. This will not disqualify a participant's result from the competition. However, you can only pause a maximum of 5 times.
