General information
This year’s edition of Bieg Firmowy will take place on May 24 (Saturday) in a stationary formula: in Wrocław (Olympic Stadium) and online, from anywhere in the world!
The length of the route for one runner is 5 kilometers. The total distance for the team is 25 kilometers (5x5km).
The 13th edition of Bieg Firmowy will support 20 beneficiaries of the Everest Foundation this year! This is a record number of beneficiaries in the entire history of Bieg, who will receive support and assistance for treatment and rehabilitation.
1 team = 5 people. One company can register an unlimited number of teams.

To take part in Bieg Firmowy, you must first decide on the event formula and then choose one of the three available packs: Green Run, Just Run or Run Like a Hero.

The possibility of participating in the race with your pet depends on the chosen formula: stationary or online:
– in case of choosing a stationary race in Wrocław, it is recommended that the dog waits for the owner in the designated fan zone. An exception is a dog working as a guide for a person with a disability,
– in case of choosing the online run, due to its individual nature, running with a dog is fully possible.
Registration and Starter packs
Registration takes place at the Compani store.
1 starter pack is intended for a 5-person team.
After purchasing the packs, the teams will be created in your account in the “My Teams” tab and you will receive detailed instructions on how to fill in the runners’ data to your e-mail address.
You don’t have to enter them right away – we will inform you about the applicable deadline in a dedicated message.
⏰ Registration for Bieg Firmowy 2025 with the Green Run pack ends on March 14 at 3:00 p.m., and with Just Run and Run Like a Hero packs on March 28 at 3:00 p.m.
The only available payment method is bank transfer against invoice.
We issue the document within 2 business days.
Standard payment term is 7 days.
If you need:
- extend the payment deadline,
- include the Purchase Order number on the invoice,
- or you have other requests regarding the invoice,
select the “Faktura niestandardowa” option in the order summary and add a comment (!)
Thanks to this, the document will not be issued automatically and we will be able to take into account your invoice requests. 🙂
We issue non-standard invoices within 72 hours of purchase.
Providing this data is voluntary, but only participants with a completed, correct date of birth will be covered by personal accident insurance.
📦 Starter packs will be delivered to the shipping address provided at time of purchase no later than May 14 .
There is no such possibility. One team = one race formula. We prepare everything for 5-person teams.
You don’t have to fill in the team details immediately after purchase. We will inform you about the final deadline for completing your data in a dedicated email.
The runner data that will need to be completed in the system is:
- email address
- name
- surname
- telephone number (optional)
- date of birth (optional, but required for personal accident insurance)
- sex
- type of shirt – cut: women’s or men’s
- T-shirt size – from S to XXL
- language of communication
Remember! You don’t have to fill in the team details immediately after purchase. We will inform you about the final deadline for completing your data in a dedicated email.
There are 3 types of packs available – Just Run, Run Like a Hero and Green Run. You can buy each of them in-store or online.

If you registered last year in Compani shop to your current email address, there is no need to create a new account. Otherwise, use the “Register” option.
Stationary run
The Stationary Run will take place on May 24 at the AWF complex and the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław.
Running, jogging, walking – it doesn’t matter how. The important thing is that it’s with heart! 💙
There are public transport stops next to the complex. You can get there by tram lines: 9, 12, 13 and 17 or by bus numbers: 345 and 941, getting off at the “Stadion Olimpijski” stop.
Yes! Bieg Krasnala is an event for young runners up to 12 years of age, organized as part of the stationary Bieg Firmowy on May 24.
You can find all the information hereAfter purchasing the pack, a registration form is sent in which you must complete the data of the child taking part in Bieg Krasnala.
The participant can run 10 kilometres straight away, but we need to have his/her data entered in the system twice + next to each other, e.g. as the first and second competitor, or the second and third, etc. There will be no need to attach a second bib number.
He can also run among other people, but then you will need to attach a second bib number. Of course, you still have to enter the data twice into the system, but for example as the first and third person.
Bieg Firmowy is a relay race, which means that applications are accepted only for teams of 5 people.
In order to promote yourself during Bieg Firmowy, you must become a Sponsor or Partner of the event. We encourage you to cooperate by contacting us by e-mail at biuro@biegfirmowy.pl. The relay baton will be available on the day of the event, at the running town (next to the Race Office). The event map will be available in May.
You will not be disappointed! Bieg Firmowy Town has been prepared in such a way that you can spend the whole day there and integrate with the team. Among other things, a well-being zone awaits you, where you can use the services of professionals in the field of physiotherapy and massage, an EXPO zone, a catering zone with access to hot and tasty snacks and coffee and other cold drinks. For the youngest, there will also be a children’s zone with access to inflatables and other attractions.
Yes, our Partner STS Timing provides a dedicated link for the event, where you can find your race time. The QR code to the page will be displayed in the town.
Run with application
Participants running in the online format will use the Activy application.
In Poland and all over the world! Runners must have access to the internet and GPS and complete the race distance on May 24, 2025 between 00:01 and 23:59 (Polish time zone).
The Run Distance can be completed between 00:01 and 23:59, May 24, 2025, according to the Polish time zone. The Run must be completed and registered no later than 23:59 to be counted.
You must run a distance of 5,1 km (the algorithm will choose the fastest 5 km).
Codes will be sent between 20-22.05
Each participant will receive an email with an access code and instructions. A full list of codes for all company teams will also be sent to the coordinator.
The entire team logs into the app with one code.
Each team member runs individually, logging their activity in the app.
Of course, you can arrange to cover the route together or set a specific starting time – we encourage you to come up with creative solutions!
We recommend that your account be created with an email address that you will have access to on the day of the race.
Yes, the runner can run twice. You must enter his/her details twice in registration system in the “My Teams” tab.
It is important that when registering for the app, the person registers with two email addresses, and also logs out and changes accounts after finishing the race. This way, two separate results will be included in the ranking.
In the case of a race with the app, the order of runners in the system does not matter.
You don’t need to create a new account if you’re already an Activy app user. You can join Bieg Firmowy 2025 challenge using the entry code.
Please also remember that you can change the email address assigned to your account in the Activy application profile settings.
