Miłosz Grasztkowiak
Miłosz - a specialist in feeling the world differently.
He doesn't see, doesn't speak and doesn't signal his needs directly. His contact with the environment is based on presence, touch and constant relationship with loved ones. Every day is a collaboration with the other person and a rhythm of care that gives him security. His world is not based on image or words. It is based on proximity. What does he face on a daily basis? Miłosz has infantile cerebral palsy, hemorrhagic hydrocephalus, epilepsy, and damage to the optic nerves that resulted in complete blindness. He doesn't communicate verbally and is unable to report his needs on his own. He moves exclusively in a stroller and requires round-the-clock care for all daily activities.
